training of Brand Ambassadors on interacting with consumers and how to get feedback.  Created game play that strategically
directed consumers to text Tour Partners which collected data on the amount of interaction the tour had with consumers, gave
additional sales leads and promoted brands such as GreenWorks, Culligan, IKEA, alli and Bissell to name a few.

foster care placement, attended court hearings, transported clients to meetings, and referred clients to partnering agencies for
housing, mentorship, mental therapy and substance abuse.  Proper documentation of case notes, case plans in to Web based
program ETO.  Coordinate family unity meetings.  Advocate on the part of the clients needs to City Council Members, government
and non-profit agencies.  Represented the agency in public forums, coordinated special community events and facilitate

proposals for proper set-up of events, meetings. Assisted the disbursement of Blackberry devices for Executive Directors
throughout the United States. Project Manger of server upgrades to the existing Information Technology department.  Coordinated
United States Postal Stamp Ceremonies and conferences. Arranged flight, ground transportation and hotel for over 400 Postal
executives. Saved the communications/events department over $20,000 by developing a professional eliminating out sourcing to
private companies. Managed media information related to the Anthrax threat in 2001.
